Maybe you have been feeling like you want to explore something beyond a classically hierarchical organization, but you're not sure where to start. Join this hands-on session to self-assess your own culture and structure desires and unpack your desired relationship to power and decision-making. By the end of the workshop, you'll know the terminology for a whole spectrum of different organizational structures, understand which structures and cultures best fit you, and learn strategies for changing your overall organizational structure and culture. This session is open to all nonprofit staff, and particularly aimed at senior leaders.
